Independent Structural Approval is provided with every deck structure.
Each structure is modelled in 3D. The 3D model is imported into Pro E and subjected to a Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The FEA determines stresses and deflections throughout the structure and the certifying PE checks that they meet IBC codes and any additional local codes.

The certifying PE has  PhDs  in Mechanical Engineering and Civil engineering
