Our philosophy is simple: we do whatever it takes to make our clients successful by intelligently applying our considerable experience, engineering expertise, advanced technologies and production capacity. We combine these with a strong design aesthetic.
All projects are modeled in 3D with SOLIDWORKS and Vectorworks. We can import and export a wide variety of file formats.
We use sophisticated CAM software to download the modeled components to the lasers: a 60” x 120” CO2 laser for materials up to 1” thick and a 60” x 120” high-speed fiber optical laser for thinner materials. Both are equipped with material handling. If you need custom holes or slots to facility assembly to your mating components, or client logos cut into your parts, we can program these into the components, at minimal cost, before they are manufactured.
We have numerous CNC press brakes with capacities up to 144”, a CNC machining center and a 60” x 120” CNC turret punch with a large inventory of tooling. There are 10 welding stations with certified TIG and MIG welders. We have 5 sheet, angle and tube rolling machines, and we can shear material up to 144” wide.
There is typically 150,000 lbs. of aluminum, steel and stainless on the floor. In: house, we have 2 powder coat lines with a maximum capacity of 10’ x 35’. We stock 150 colors and have ready access to a wide range of custom colors.

All double deck projects are modeled in Pro E and subject to finite element analysis (FEA) by an independent PE, with PhDs in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. He checks that the structures satisfy all local codes as well as IBC codes. He is certified in 50 states.
We use stereo lithography and FEA to speed up the prototyping of new products. Stresses and deflections are known before any design is produced. We use FEA to optimize the designs for weight and strength.
