DEXwall
The award-winning DEXwall frames are made from 80% recycled aluminum with welded corner construction for superior stiffness and strength. Each frame can support 600 lbs.
Frame sizes are made to order up to 12’ high. They can be any radius or arc and can stack up to 24’ high.
The frames have built-in connectors. Frames are connected by lifting 2 inches, lining up the faces and dropping down into position. A 20’ inline can be setup in 2 minutes.
Frames can be installed horizontally or vertically. In addition to the sliding connection, there are bolt holes and rivenuts that are used for stacking. In cantilevered structures such as barrel arched ceilings, stiffener plates are bolted into the rabbit in the top, bottom and sides of the frames using the standard rivenuts locations.
1 11/16” holes in the horizontal and vertical frame extrusions are used for wire management.
The wall surfaces are interchangeable and easily removed so you can access the internal wiring. Opaque wall surfaces are usually velcroed in position. There is a slide-in retainer to capture the vertical edges of transparent or translucent materials to replace the velcro.
SEG graphics can be installed on straight or curved frames.
The swing on the door frame can be changed at the event after installation. Various door options are available, including acrylic and glass.
The frames are very durable and yet lightweight weighing only 20.5 lbs. for a 4’ x 8’ frame.
The NEW mid-wall connector allows you to connect walls anywhere. It is only 0.028” thick so it can be used when connecting stacked walls.
The rotating connector allows you to create interesting shapes and to change the shape of your environment to fit different spaces or avoid obstacles such as columns.
Endcaps can be added to the fixed 90-degree corner to make 3-ways and 4-ways.
Dexwall is easily integrated into DEXdeck double deck structures.
